The WRF exists to promote good communication and the enhancement of emergency planning across agencies and services in Wales by providing a forum for Chief Officers to discuss with Welsh Assembly Government Ministers strategic issues of emergency preparedness.
It meets on a quarterly basis and its current membership is as follows:
