| LRF swine flu update The National Flu Helpline is now active on 0800 1 513513. As recently as last week all Dyfed Powys LRF members participated in a successful Wales-wide exercise to rehearse arrangements for responding to pandemic influenza based on the Dyfed Powys plan. This exercise tested all the agencies and infrastructures involved in undertaking a strategic and successful approach when responding to pandemic influenza. As far as possible, all agencies can maintain their services and respond effectively to a pandemic.
